We hope you love your Cam Cam Copenhagen purchase, but if you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the return shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
